WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Beautifully handmade pieces take time to create. Each order is handcrafted with love! We will create and ship your order out to you within 1-3 business days, don't forget to add shipping/delivery times.

Most of our items are ready-to-ship, and will ship immediately! Bonus, right?

Every purchase is processed in the order it is received. If you need your order rushed, please make sure to select an expedited form of shipping. We offer Priority and Express mail upgrades at checkout.

Shipping times could possibly change during holiday season and heavy demand, please contact us immediately if your order is time sensitive.

USPS is typically reliable except during holiday season or other times of heavy demand, when delivery times can slip drastically.

Some very rural areas may take a day more.

Weather conditions or other circumstances in your area could possibly alter that time frame.

INCORRECT ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

• We strongly suggest to double check your address before and after placing an order. Made an error? Contact us immediately!

• Addresses may not be changed once an order has been shipped!

• Packages that are lost in shipment due to an incorrect address will be buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.

• Packages that are returned based on incorrect or undeliverable address will be shipped back out once buyer pays reshipment fee.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES?

Once a package leaves our hands it is completely out of our control. You can visit USPS.com or call them at 1 (800) 275-8777 with your tracking info

• LOST PACKAGES | If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time frame, feel free to contact us, we will try our best to help you.

• DELAYED PACKAGES | If your package appears to not have checked in on USPS tracking system for some time, it is likely it's still on its way. It can be the result of a delay or missed scan on its route. If tracking has stopped completely, or your item says delivered but has not been, please contact USPS directly.

• INTERNATIONAL | Please be advised that there will be no tracking information for First Class packages since USPS does not offer it.

ADDING INSURANCE PROTECTION TO YOUR SHIPPING!

• We do offer the option for you to add shipping insurance to your order at checkout. This is for domestic standard shipping only.

• All domestic packages include tracking numbers. If somehow your package appears to be lost we cannot replace it unless you purchased insurance at checkout in the original order. You can always contact us and we will do our best to find a solution.

• We do NOT refund international packages marked as delivered. This is because we ultimately have no control over tracing the post once packages leave the US. If your international package seems to be lost please do contact us, we will be happy to assist.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

Provided that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, we would be able to provide refunds for unworn jewelry pieces.

• Personalized/custom pieces unfortunately cannot be refunded.

• Sale items are non refundable.

• There will be a 15% restocking fee on all metal chains & gemstone bracelets.

• Made to order necklaces are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

• Contact us prior to a return, Do NOT just send it back, we can refuse your package.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for the return shipment. If your returned item gets lost in transit, we will NOT be responsible, insure and/or purchase tracking.

EXCHANGES: INCORRECT LENGTH | DIDN'T LOVE IT?

If you did not order the correct length, we have two options.

• If you're looking for the perfect fit, you can send it back to us and we will adjust it for you here in the studio. Please do measure so we can get it correctly.

There will be a $5.00 repair fee to adjust length as we will have to create the piece again from scratch.

• METAL CHAINS: Too Short? You can purchase a removable extender chain. Send us a message!

EXCHANGES: FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM

• We accept unworn/unpersonalized exchanges on orders within 14 days of when your package was delivered. Standard shipping rates apply

• Exchanges are not accepted beyond 7 days (14 for international buyers) of when the item is marked "delivered".

CUSTOMS | IMPORT | DUTY FEES

Customs fees, duties, VATs, and/or import taxes may apply to orders shipping internationally. If you have concerns about this, please find out your countries rules and regulations prior to purchase.

These fees are NEVER included in the purchase price, and are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. We will NOT reimburse for the payment of any customs fees, duties, VATs, and/or import taxes.

If these are assessed, be advised that postal services will not release orders for delivery until payment is remitted.

UK - UNITED KINGDOM CUSTOMERS!

VAT | value-added tax. It's a tax based on the consumption of goods and services that are commonly found in the EU and select other regions of the world.

Once your package reaches UK, you will be assessed a VAT fee (including a Royal Mail handling fee) for purchases valued at more than £15 most of the time this VAT will be 20% off the purchase price.

The VAT is NOT included as part of your purchase price. Customer is ENTIRELY responsible for all custom fees, import duties, and taxes should these be imposed. If you have concerns about this, please find out your countries rules and regulations prior to purchase.

Care instructions

Some Crystals and gemstones are more delicate than others. Always handle them with care, keep them dry and avoid dropping or clashing.

Copper has a blackened finish and is sealed to prevent further patina. Keep in mind that with wear and time this sealant can wear off. Be sure to handle your copper jewelry carefully, and to care for it properly, in order to maintain its beauty.

Remove any copper jewelry before you wash your hands, apply hand cream, lotions, perfume, do any cleaning or go swimming. Moisture and chemicals can cause copper to tarnish. Remove your jewelry before you go to bed, to prevent any accidental bending while you are sleeping.

Custom and personalised orders

We love custom orders! Please feel free to contact us with your needs and we'll work with you. We will ask you to make a deposit before we start the work.

We work mainly with raw crystals, natural stones and other natural materials using copper electroforming and or most forms of metal wire (We will not make anything with plated wire only pure or filled).

All Jewelry comes beautifully packaged and ready to give. Anything from Soul Vibration Art would make the perfect heirloom gift for that special person in your life on any occasion. All purchases will come in its own natural burlap drawstring hand-stamped jewelry bag with handmade jewelry tags.
